The Health Scrutiny Committee is responsible for scrutinising wellbeing and health services across Suffolk. The committee has 10 members in total, including 1 co-opted representative from both Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils. The Suffolk Health Scrutiny Committee have also established a partnership with the Essex Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee to scrutinise issues regarding the implementation of the NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP).
