Sudbury and District Citizens Advice is a member of the national Citizens Advice service which aims to provide residents of Sudbury and the wider community free, confidential, impartial, and independent advice as well as information on a wide range of subjects. Sudbury and District Citizens Advice also endeavours to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, as well as ensuring individuals do not suffer through a lack of knowledge or an inability to express their needs effectively.
