sourcing E-tendering system in December 2020. The PQQ submission
was January 2021, and five contractors were selected to go through
to the second price-based tender process. Tender returns were
received in February 2021 and the tender remains open for
acceptance until 14th May 2021.
Reasons for the decision:

site to be cleared so that archaeological investigations can be
carried out, prior to the development of 16 affordable dwellings.
The site gained full planning approval in July 2020
