1.Request to Chief Executive to delegate authority to the Chief Planning Officer as an exceptional matter, to proceed to grant approval of the reserved matters applications [Phases 1 – 8] reference 4494/16 pursuant to outline planning permission reference 1969/10 (for the development known as ‘SnOasis’) as previously resolved and on completion of the s106 legal agreement without compliance with element (3) the Committee resolution of 13 March 2019

The Section 106 is imminently to be executed in a form which met PRC requirements which were settled between the applicant and the Strategic Projects
