Seventeen affordable homes, consisting of fourteen affordable rent and three shared ownership, are being delivered as part of a S106 agreement by Denbury Homes (formerly Hopkins Homes) on a development of 49 dwellings in total, on Framlingham Road in Laxfield, Woodbridge. The Council is looking to purchase the fourteen affordable homes for Affordable Rent tenure and the three affordable homes for Shared Ownership tenure.
