Papers S87 and S99

The Strategy Committee at its meetings on 1 December 2016 and 12 January 2017 considered Papers S87 and S99 and agreed the recommendations.

The Scrutiny Committee is asked to consider Papers S87 and S99 and make any comments on the draft Joint Medium Term Financial Strategy and 2017/18 Budget for consideration by Strategy Committee in February.
