The Ipswich Strategic Planning Area Board is a forum that enables the five local Suffolk councils to work together towards developing, promoting, and delivering their vision for the Ipswich Strategic Planning Area, recognising Ipswich and the wider communities as major hubs for economic growth within the county. It provides an opportunity for all of the local authorities to collaborate in order to deliver on important issues such as housing and employment growth in Suffolk and coordinate on the development and distribution of necessary infrastructure.
